抑郁、绝望对自杀意念的影响:心理痛苦的中介作用

Effects of Depression and Hopelessness on Suicide Ideation:the Mediation Effect of Psychache

目的:探讨心理痛苦在抑郁、绝望感对自杀意念预测过程中的作用。方法:采用Beck抑郁量表、Beck绝望量表和Beck自杀意念量表以及心理痛苦量表对武汉八所部属高校的在校本科生进行调查,获得有效数据2033份。结果:1相关分析,发现抑郁、绝望和心理痛苦都和自杀意念呈显著正相关;2分层回归分析发现,控制抑郁和绝望感,心理痛苦对自杀意念的预测作用仍显著;3路径分析发现,抑郁、绝望感对自杀意念的直接效应显著,通过心理痛苦作用的间接效应也显著。结论:心理痛苦在抑郁、绝望感对自杀意念的影响中起部分中介作用。

Objective： The present research tested the role of psychache in the relationship between depression, hopelessness and suicide ideation. Methods： BDI-II, BHS, Psychache Scale and BSI-CV were used to investigate 2033 students from eight national universities in Wuhan. Results： Correlation analysis showed that depression, hopelessness, psychache were all positively correlated with suicide ideation. Hierarchical regression analyses showed that psychache could significantly predict suicide ideation, even after depression and hopelessness were controlled for. Path analysis revealed that the direct effect of depression and hopelessness on suicide ideation was significant, and the indirect effect of psychache was also significant. Conclusion： Psychache partially mediates the link between depression, hopelessness and suicide ideation.
