摘要
目的:探讨大学生的具体性自传体记忆降低特征对于冗思与抑郁症状关系的中介作用。方法:323名大学生完成了自传体记忆测验、冗思反应方式量表以及流调中心用抑郁量表。结果:冗思得分越高,抑郁症状的得分就越高;而具体性自传体记忆的降低在冗思与抑郁症状之间具有部分的中介效应。结论:大学生的冗思既可以直接影响其抑郁症状,也可以通过具体性自传体记忆的降低来间接影响其抑郁症状。
Objective: In this study, we examined the mediating effects of reducing specificity of autobiographical memory between rumination and depression in undergraduates. Methods: 323 undergraduates completed the Autobiographical Memory Test(AMT). The ruminative coping responses and depression were assessed by the Ruminative Response Scale(RRS) and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D) respectively. Results: The more score on rumination, the more score on depression. Reducing specificity of autobiographical memory partially plays a mediating role on the relationship between rumination and depression. Conclusion: Rumination possibly influences depression by reducing the specific of autobiographical memory in undergraduates.
