Formation and Impact of Nanyangization of Hainan’s Diet——Investigation on Main Food and Beverage

南洋是海南华侨华人的主要移居地,海南侨乡饮食文化受到南洋的影响较大,呈现出南洋化的特点。早期海南人以经营咖啡店、茶餐室闻名,他们通过携带或者投资等方式,把南洋的食品和饮食习惯传入家乡,喝咖啡、吃面包等逐渐成为百姓的日常饮食。海南人饮食习惯的改变,刺激了相关产业和行业的产生与发展,海南岛成为我国最早的咖啡种植基地,面粉、咖啡的进口贸易也迅速增长,中西结合的老爸茶成为新兴的餐饮模式。

Nanyang is the major emigration place of overseas Chinese from Hainan.The food culture in Hainan overseas Chinese hometown is greatly influenced by Nanyang,showing the characteristics of South Asia.Early Hainanese people were famous for operating coffee shops and tea restaurants.They brought Nanyang’s food and eating habits to their hometowns by bringing them or investment.Coffee and bread and so on gradually became their daily diet.Changes in Hainanese’s eating habits have stimulated the development of related industries and production.Hainan Island has become China’s earliest coffee plantation base,and the imports of flour and coffee has grown rapidly.The combination of Chinese and Western tea restaurants has become an emerging food and beverage model and living style.
