失禁性皮炎护理干预的持续质量改进研究 被引量：14

摘要 失禁性皮炎（IAD）是尿失禁或大便失禁患者皮肤问题的总体概括[1],是压疮发生的一个主要危险因素,其发生率为3.4%~25.0%不等[2-3]。持续质量改进模式（FOCUS-PDCA）是美国医院组织创造的一种持续质量模型[4],是PDCA循环的进一步延伸,旨在更仔细地了解和分析程序中的环节,以改进质量,按发现问题（find,F）、组织（organize,0）、澄清（clarifv,C）、理解（understand,
