脑涨落图仪在精神分裂症患者中的重测信度分析

Reliability of Encephalofluctuography in patients with schizophrenia and the influence of testing time to Encephalofluctuography result

目的观察脑涨落图仪在精神分裂症患者中的重测信度;观察不同检测时间对精神分裂症患者脑涨落图仪结果的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2015年4月本院收治的30例患者,分别于第1天（9：00-10：00）、（14：00-15：00）与第2天（9：00-10：00）共进行3次脑涨落图仪检测。结果第1天（9：00-10：00）脑涨落图仪检测值T1与第2天（9：00-10：00）检测值T3相比,各项指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;第1天的（9：00-10：00）、（14：00-15：00）两次检测值——T_1与T_2的各项指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论脑涨落图仪检测精神分裂症患者的神经递质功率值是稳定可信的;同一天不同时间检查或第二天上午相同时间检查对患者的检测结果无明显影响。

Objective To assess the test-retest reliability of Encephalofluctuography; To explore the influence of different testing time to Encephalofluctuography result. Methods 30 schizophrenia patients,who have been admitted to hospital in 2014. 12 - 2015. 05,received Encephalofluctuography testing on the first day（ 9： 00 -10： 00） 、（ 14： 00 - 15： 00） and the second day（ 9： 00 - 10： 00） for 3 times. Results There was no statistically significant difference between T1- T2,T1- T3（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Encephalofluctuography has a good test-retest reliability in patients with schizophrenia; Testing time has no influence to the result of Encephalofluctuography in schizophrenic patients.
