药物治疗联合心理护理干预对脑卒中急性期患者抑郁的影响分析

The effect of drug treatment combined psychological nursing intervention on the depression of patients with acute cerebralapoplexy

目的通过采用药物治疗联合心理护理干预的治疗方案,探讨其对脑卒中急性期患者抑郁的影响。方法采用Hamilton抑郁量表筛选脑卒中后抑郁患者86例。采用随机数法分为实验组和对照组。采取临床常规治疗手段,给予持续药物治疗。针对实验组患者同时给予心理护理干预。观察记录治疗2个周期后两组患者的相关情况,对患者的抑郁情况进行评分并比较。结果治疗2周期后,两组患者Hamilton抑郁量表评分均显著降低,实验组得分14.43±4.59,对照组得分20.44±5.34,实验组得分较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组减分率35.87±6.26,较高于对照组15.69±4.16,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗前、治疗1周期以及治疗2周期三个时间点患者抑郁评分呈明显降低趋势,联合心理治疗对抑郁疗效显著(P<0.05)。结论采用联合心理护理干预配合常规药物治疗的新治疗方案,可以有效促进治疗效果。同时改善了患者抑郁情绪,提高患者认知、睡眠等状况,恢复社会交往能力,治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of drug treatment combined psychological nursing intervention on the depression of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy（ PSD）. Methods Use Hamilton scale find PSD 86 cases of patients,were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were treated with regular medicine care,while the experimental group were given psychological nursing intervention. The Hamilton rating Scale for Depression（ HAMD）scores were observed and compared in all patients after 8 weeks. Finally,two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results After 8 weeks,HAMD scores were reduced significantly,the scores of experimental group were 14. 43±4. 59 and lower obviously than that of control group（ 20. 44 ± 5. 34）,P〈0. 05; HAMD scores deduction rate of experimental group were 35. 87±6. 26 and higher than that of control group（ 15. 69 ± 4. 16）,P〈0. 05;As the treatment progressed（ 0 week,4 week,8 week）,HAMD scores of experimental group decreased gradually,showed significant curative effect of psychological nursing intervention,P〈0. 05. Conclusion psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional treatment have a significant effect in patients with post-stroke depression,the treatment effect is remarkable.
