超声引导下羊膜腔穿刺对孕妇焦虑程度影响的调查

The influence of ultrasound-guided amniocentesis on pregnant women's anxiety level

目的探讨超声引导下羊膜腔穿刺对孕妇焦虑程度的影响。方法选择2014年11月-2015年10月于我院进行超声引导下羊膜腔穿刺术的孕妇152例为观察组,选择同期在我院接受产前筛查的正常孕妇150例为对照组。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对两组孕妇焦虑程度进行测评,比较不同组的SAS评分。结果观察组SAS评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组高龄孕妇和初产妇的SAS评分显著高于适龄孕妇和经产妇（P〈0.05）,但是不同学历孕妇的SAS评分无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论较之正常孕妇,超声引导下羊膜腔穿刺孕妇焦虑程度更高。在羊膜腔穿刺孕妇中,高龄和初产可能是导致的焦虑情绪的重要原因。

Objective To investigate the anxiety level of pregnant women who had undergone ultrasoundguided amniocentesis. Methods From November 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital,152 cases of pregnant women who had undergone ultrasound- guided amniocentesis were selected as the observation group. 150 cases of normal pregnant women who received prenatal screening in our hospital were selected as the control group. The anxiety level of two groups was evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）,and the SAS scores of different groups were compared. Results The SAS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. The SAS score of pregnant women at advanced maternal age was significantly higher than women pregnant women at normal maternal age（ P〈0. 05）. The primipara＇s SAS score was significantly higher than the bipara＇s（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SAS scores between two different educational background groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with normal pregnant women,pregnant women who received ultrasound-guided amniocentesis had severe anxiety level. The pregnant woman at advanced maternal age and the bipara are high-risk groups.
