底水油藏水平井ICD控水完井数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 从分析水平井开采底水油藏中存在的过早产水问题出发,提出了采用ICD(入流控制装置)控水完井的思路。根据渗流力学、流体力学、油藏数值模拟,建立了水平井ICD完井多段井模型,研究了底水油藏水平井ICD完井长期入流动态规律。对比分析了射孔完井和ICD完井两种条件下调控入流剖面的效果,以及对产能和最终采收率的影响规律。结果表明,在均质和非均质油藏中,ICD完井均有很好的入流控制效果,能够有效地延长稳油生产时间和延缓见水时间,起到稳油控水的效果,提高了目标井段的生产状况;但整体上均质油藏中ICD完井对于提高累计产油量和采收率的效果有限,而在非均质油藏中采用ICD完井可以极大地提高累计产油量和采收率。 In consideration of the problem of earlier water production in the bottom water reservoirs produced by horizontal well,the concept of using inflow control device(ICD)for water controlled completion was proposed.Based on seepage mechanics,fluid mechanics and numerical simulation of reservoirs,a model was established for multi-section horizontal well completion with ICD,the prolonged inflow dynamic rule of horizontal well completion with ICD was studied.The effects of controlled inflow profile from both perforating completion and ICD completion and their influential rules on the productivity and ultimate oil recovery were comparatively analyzed.Results show that in the homogeneous and heterogeneous reservoirs,well completion with ICD has good effect of inflow control,it can be used for effectively prolonging the times of stable oil production and delaying water breakthrough for the purpose of stabilizing oil production and controlling water breakthrough and improving oil production status in the target well.Totally ICD well completion in homogeneous reservoirs,its effect of improving the accumulated recovery and oil reserves is limited,while in the heterogeneous reservoirs,it can be used for greatly improving the accumulated recovery and oil reserves.
