摘要 由于海上平台作业空间和承重受限,高压及设备多、大、重所带来的安全性和可操作性低以及潮差对半潜式平台升沉等因素影响,在海上平台对低孔低渗油气藏进行储层压裂改造面临很大困难和挑战。惠州XX-2井是中海油的第一口压裂测试油井,通过该井压裂测试的成功实施,形成了压裂管柱补偿技术、压裂管柱重复试压技术、压裂测试施工配套技术和地面出砂处理技术等一系列技术创新与应用,为海上半潜式平台进行储层压裂改造测试作业提供了实践经验,对突破海上低孔低渗油气藏的勘探开发具有重要意义。 Influenced by limited operation space and weight restrictions,high pressure and large and heavy equipment with low security and operability and the tidal range of semi-submersible platform and other factors,offshore low porosity and permeability reservoir fracturing faced with great difficulties and challenges.The Well HZ25-7-2was the first fracturing testing well of CNOOC Limited,through the successful implementation of fracturing and testing of this well,a serial of technological innovations and applications,such as fracturing string compensation technology,fracturing string repeated pressure testing technology,supporting technology of fracturing testing operation,surface sand processing technology and so on are established,which provide practical experience of fracturing testing operation on the semi-submersible platform,it has vital significance to break through offshore gas and oil reservoir exploitation and development in low porosity and permeability conditions.
