摘要
针对ADC12铝合金压铸件缩孔及气孔率较高的问题,运用ProCAST软件对铸件的充型过程进行仿真,结合铸件的结构特征,对铸件缩孔及气孔高发区进行缺陷分析,并预测铸件其他区域可能存在的缺陷问题,对现有铸件的模具工艺进行评估并改进。结果表明,改进后的铸件毛坯结构和模具型芯能够减少和消除了缩孔及气孔缺陷。
Aiming at the problem of high shrinkage cavity and blowholes in ADC12die-castings,the filling process was simulated by the ProCAST to analyze the high forming area of shrinkage cavity and blowholes and predicts the possible defects in other areas combining with the structural feature.The existing mould process was evaluated and improved.The results show that the optimized structure of casting blank and mould core can eliminate shrinkage cavity and blowholes.
