摘要
根据铝合金油路板铸件结构特点设计了低压铸造浇注系统,对低压浇注工艺参数进行了优化。油路板铸件热处理后力学性能满足技术要求,经机加工及装配验证后满足使用要求。
The casting parameters of the low pressure casting oil circuit board were explored.According to the casting structure characteristics,gating system was designed.Through experiment,the optimized processing parameters were presented.The experimental result reveals that the low pressure casting oil circuit board with the optimized parameters can meet the technological requirement in mechanical properties after heat treatment meeting the requirements of the application after machining and assembly.
