Analysis of Lactation Features and Milking Performance of Jiangyue Donkey

本研究主要对36头疆岳驴在整个泌乳期中的产乳情况进行调查,分析了疆岳驴的泌乳特征和产乳性能。研究发现:(1)疆岳驴日均挤乳量为2.37kg/d,最高值可达5.95kg/d;(2)在229.89±12.75d挤奶时间内,高产驴总挤乳量平均为678.48±92.41kg,最高可达893kg,推测实际泌乳量可能超过1t;(3)在所调查的驴中,70%驴泌乳天数超过5个月;(4)日挤乳量和挤乳持续天数与泌乳期内总挤乳量间都存在极显著相关关系(P<0.001),是乳产量的决定因子。综合来看:疆岳驴产乳性能较好,有朝乳用驴方向选育的良好遗传基础和潜力。另外调查发现,给泌乳驴饲喂青鲜饲料并采用"3+2"挤乳模式可有效地提高乳产量。

This study was conducted to investigate the milk production traits and performance of 36 Jiang-Yue donkeys throughout a whole lactation stage. The results found：（1） the milk yield of Jiangyue donkey was 2.37kg/d, the highest value was up to 5.95kg/d.（2） In 229.89 ± 12.75 d of lactation stage, total milk yield was averaged 678.48 ± 92.41 kg, the highest value was up to 893 kg, while the actual lactation quantity may be more than one ton.（3） In the survey, 70% of donkey was milked over five months.（4） There was significant linear relationship（P〈0.001）between the daily milk yield or lactation duration and total milk production,and these 2 factors were the determinants of milk production. On the whole, Jiangyue donkey has excellent milk performance, the selection direction toward milk production of this breed has good breeding genetic basis and potential. Besides, this survey found that feeding fresh green feed and the use of ＂3 ＋2＂ milking mode can effectively increase milk production of lactating donkeys.
