腹膜外注射法与传统腹腔镜手术治疗小儿疝气的对比分析

Comparative analysis of extraperitoneal injection method and traditional laparoscopic operation in treating infantile hernia

目的:对比腹膜外注射法与传统腹腔镜手术治疗小儿疝气的效果。方法:腹股沟斜疝患儿180例,分为对照和观察组,各90例。对照组给予常规腹腔镜下手术治疗,观察组给予腹膜外注射法治疗。结果:两组手术时间、术后住院时间与总住院费用对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后阴囊血肿、伤口感染、脏器损伤、切口疝等并发症发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜外注射法治疗小儿疝气具更好的微创效果,同时能减少术后并发症的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective： To compare the effects of extraperitoneal injection method and traditional laparoscopic operation in the treatment of infantile hernia. Methods： 180 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into control group（ 90 cases）,which were given routine laparoscopy operation,and observation group（ 90 cases） given extraperitoneal injection treatment. Results： There was no statistical significance in operation time,hospitalized period and hospitalization expenses between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. The occurrences of complication such as scrotal hematoma,wound infection,organ injury and incision hernia in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Extraperitoneal injection method in treating infantile hernia has a good minimally invasive effect and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worth of popularizing and applying.
