苗尾水电站帷幕灌浆生产性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了取得适合苗尾水电站地质条件下的帷幕灌浆参数和有效的灌浆工艺,通过钻孔的方式得到上游围堰左堰肩地层特征,结合围堰帷幕灌浆的设计要求,在生产性试验的基础上,得出该地质情况下的可灌性,以验证设计灌浆各项施工参数的合理性。通过分序确定每米灌浆材料用量及最佳材料配比,提出灌浆过程中特殊情况处理的具体措施。研究结果表明:生产性试验的各项施工参数能保证帷幕灌浆质量,满足围堰灌浆的设计要求。 In order to get the curtain grouting parameters and the effective grouting technology suitable for the geological condition of Miaowei Hydropower Station,the stratigraphic feature of the left abutment of the upstream cofferdam is obtained through drilling,and then the groutability under that geological condition is got on the basis of the productive experiment combined with the design requirement of the curtain grouting for the cofferdam,so as to certify the reasonabilities of all the construction parameters of the design grouting and determine the grouting material usage per meter and the relevant optimal material mixture ratio in sequence,thus put the specific measures for treating the special condition during the grouting forward. The study result shows that all the construction parameters got from the productive experiment can not only ensure the quality of the curtain grouting,but also meet the design requirement of the grouting for the cofferdam.
