摘要
本文介绍了沙沱水电站工程纵向混凝土围堰的爆破拆除。在爆破拆除过程中,采取了有效措施,很好地控制了爆破震动及飞石对永久建筑物的影响,且在永久建筑物与围堰连接部位采用预裂爆破,预留了50 cm保护层,保护层采用冲锤破碎的方法拆除,有效地保护了永久混凝土表面的完整性。本文介绍的做法及经验可供类似工程参考。
The blasting demolition of the longitudinal concrete cofferdam for the construction of Shatuo Hydropower Station is described herein. During the blasting demolition,effective measures are adopted,and then the impacts from blasting vibration and flying-rock on the permanent structures are better controlled. Moreover,presplitting blasting is adopted at the conjunction part between the permanent structures and the cofferdam,for which the protection layer with the thickness of 50 cm is remained and demolished with impact-hammer,thus the integrality of the permanent concrete surface is effectively protected. The method and experiences introduced herein can provide some references for the similar projects concerned.
