摘要
通过研制五大连池矿泉蒲公英、菊花提取物的近水植物饮料的生产工艺和配方,使其富含五大连池矿泉水中的微量元素及蒲公英和菊花有益植物精华和功能成分,同时具有蒲公英和菊花等植物的天然香气和独特口感。蒲公英粉与矿泉水按照料液比1∶50的量常温25℃浸提2h,重复3次。菊花采用水蒸气蒸馏。最终确定饮品配方为在每200mL五大连池矿泉水中添加的蒲公英成分和菊花成分体积比为1∶1。利用本实验的生产工艺和配方调制的近水植物饮料口感独特、营养丰富。
The technology and the formula of Wudalianchi natural mineral water dandelion and chrysanthemum drink was researched. The plant drink is rich in trace element in Wudalianchi mineral water and functional extracts of dandelion and chrysanthemum with a fine texture and long finish. The dandelion power was extracted as follow: the solid-liquid ratio 1:50 with mineral water, the room temperature is 25℃, soaking time 2hours and repeat 3 times. The chrysanthemum power was extract by steam distillation. The final result showed that: 200 ml mineral water was added dandelion extract and chrysanthemum extract ratio 1:1. And beverage has good taste and stability.
