科技人员不只是知识的载体,还是竞争力的源泉,在现代管理工作中,始终要将以人为本的思想作为中心,将科技人员作为管理层的主力来培养,从而建立一个科学、民主、富有活力的管理阶层。一个科学的管理结构必须要有活力,这样才能使其中的管理人员更加主动、积极。
The scientific and technical personnel are not only just a source of knowledge carriers, but also source of competitiveness. In modern management work, we should always take people-oriented thinking as the center, scientific and technical personnel as the main force of management to develop, in order to establish a scientific, democratic and vigorous management echelon. A scientific management structure must be energetic, so as to make management personnel more proactive and active.
