煤矿顶板灾害监测预警系统及其应用

针对我国煤矿顶板事故多发及顶板事故预警分析空白的现状,设计了一种集互联网技术、软件开发技术、CAN总线技术、矿压理论及实践研究成果于一体,同时具有数据融合分析及预警功能的煤矿顶板灾害监测预警系统;详细介绍了预警系统的设计思路、系统构成、软件开发及应用效果。实际应用表明,预警系统可以实现对煤矿顶板灾害灾前征兆信息的有效捕捉,可对煤矿顶板安全隐患进行有效地预测、预警。

To the status of the multiple roof incidents and blank warning analysis,the monitoring and pre-warning system of mine roof disaster is designed. This system uses a set of internet technology,software development technology,CAN bus technology,strata theory and practice of research in one,also has data analysis and pre-warning capabilities. This paper introduce design ideas,system configuration,software development and application effect of the pre-warning system. The practical application show that pre-warning system can effectively capture the portent information of coal mine disaster,and to mine roof safety hazards can effectively forecasting and pre-warning.
