水力压裂技术在锦界煤矿初次放顶中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 针对神东矿区顶板岩层强度不高、厚度较大、稳定性和整体性较好的特点,开展了水力压裂技术在神东矿区初次放顶中的应用研究。根据神东矿区顶板岩层特点和初次放顶存在的问题,选取神东锦界煤矿31405工作面为水力压裂初次放顶试验点,采用岩层结构调研、井下试验及监测相结合的方法,研究了压裂对顶板岩层的弱化及初次垮落的作用。监测结果表明,压裂过程中水压最大为22MPa,最小为8MPa,流量为80L/min。工作面推进约10m后顶板开始分层分次垮落,推进至40m基本顶垮落。工作面初次垮落过程未形成冲击,未对工作面产生影响,实现了工作面初采安全,水力压裂控顶达到了预期效果。 The investigation into hydraulic fracturing employed in first roof caving of Shendong mining district was carried out,where the rock strata is low strength,thick,intact and stable. Therefore,hydraulic fracturing used for roof first caving in 31405 working face of Jinjie coal mine of Shendong coal mine district was conducted according to the strata features and existing problems in roof first caving of working face. A comprehensive investigation based on strata structure survey,underground test and monitoring was implemented to analyze the effect of hydraulic fracturing on the weakening of rack mass and first caving of working face. The monitoring results imply that the maximal water pressure was 22 MPa and the minimum was 8 MPa,the flow rate was 80 L / min. The immediate roof and the main roof began to fall as the working face advanced 10 m and 40 m,respectively. During the process,induced impact load was little on the working face and the expected effect of roof first caving in terms of hydraulic fracturing was achieved.
