摘要
针对煤矿企业存在隐患管理运行机制不健全、管理流程不畅通、没有统一的隐患认定标准、信息化程度低等方面的问题,以安全风险管理理论为基础,以安全隐患排查治理工作为主线,构建了"4机5级6步"安全隐患管理模型,建立了煤矿安全隐患认定标准,系统研究了隐患排查治理的技术方法和流程,研发了信息支撑系统软件,实现了安全隐患的实时闭环管理。
Coal mine exits many problems of hidden danger management,such as management and operation mechanism is not perfect,management process is not smooth,no uniform standard risk identified,low level of information,etc. To solve the above,from the risk management theory,the four-mechanisms,five-rings and six-steps hidden danger management system is established,and recognized standards of hidden danger is set up,systematically investigation and control techniques and methods of hidden danger is studied. At the same time,information support system software is developed,which achieves closed-loop management of hidden danger.
