电厂给水泵设计参数的分析计算

摘要 电厂锅炉给水泵的主要设计参数包括流量、扬程、功率、效率、转速、气蚀余量等,分析了这几个主要参数设计值的计算方法,研究结果表明:给水泵的扬程由汽包与除氧器位差、汽包压力、除氧器与汽包中流动阻力共同决定;比转速是决定泵的性能和形状的准则数,比转速又是由流量、扬程来计算的,归根到底泵的性能和形状的需要是由锅炉系统的设计需要来决定。 The main design parameters of feed water pump used in power plant boiler include flow rate, lift range, power, efficiency, rotate speed, cavitation margin and so on. This paper analyzed calculation methods of the design value for several main parameters. The resuhs showed that: lift range of feed water pump was codetermined by potential difference between steam drum and deaerator, drum-steam pressure, flow resistance in the deaerator and drum; specific rotary speed is dimensionless numbers to determine the performance and shape of pump and is calculated by flow rate and lift range, and in the final analysis, the performance and shape of pump are determined by boiler system design needs.
