摘要
煤矿井下应急广播通信系统是煤矿井下通信联络系统的重要组成部分。结合相关工作经验,从背景和意义、规划与实施、应用与管理、推进与完善四方面对应急广播系统的建设与管理进行了分析,提出了建设完善应急广播系统的建议和意见。
Coal mine emergency radio communication system is an important part of the coal mine communications and liaison system. This paper analyzed the construction and management of the emergency broadcasting system from four aspects of the background and significance, planning and implementation, application and management combined with relevant experience, and proposed suggestions and comments on the perfect construction of the emergency broadcast system.
