摘要
塔山煤矿顺槽在复杂破碎条件下,锚索支护失效率大,巷道变形严重,对巷道围岩控制造成很大影响,为解决这一问题,在分析钢带作用机理的基础上,分析了现有支护结构存在的问题,提出了改进支护效果的支护方案,引进高强度JW钢带。经实际应用表明,JW高强度支护不仅解决了现有巷道存在的问题,且应用在复杂破碎条件下也能有效控制巷道变形,取得了显著的技术经济效益。
Cable bolt support failure rate of roadway is large in Tashan Coal Mine under the complex broken the condition and roadway deformation is serious, which caused great impact on the control of roadway surrounding rock. To solve this problem, this paper analyzed the existing problems of supporting structure based on the analysis of the steel belt mechanism, proposed supporting schemes to improve the supporting effect and introduced high strength JW steel belt. The practical application showed that JW high strength bolting not only can solve the existing problems of roadway and also can effectively control the deformation of roadway when applied in the condition of complex broken and then obtained significant technical and economic benefits.
