导游从业人员幸福指数的影响因素分析——来自福建与网络投诉的样本数据

Research on the Factors Influencing the Happiness Index of Tour Guide——Sample Data from Fujian and Network Complaints

运用问卷分析、半结构访谈的方法,结合人民网旅游"3.15"投诉平台2014年9月—2015年9月涉及导游的投诉信息,对导游从业人员的幸福指数进行分析。从导游人员幸福度感知现状、影响幸福指数因素、导游从业人员监管体制等方面出发,对导游从业人员的调查反馈进行测项纯化、探索性因子分析(EFA)。结果表明:管理制度是影响导游人员幸福指数最重要的因素;整体旅游市场不规范无法为导游提供一个安全、有尊严的执业环境;社会舆论间接影响导游的职业地位,大量的负面报道使导游面临巨大的生存压力。

This paper use the questionnaire analysis and semi structure interview combined with the ＂3.15＂ web- site complaint information （2014.9-2015.9） about tour guide analyzed the happiness index of the guide employees. From the perception of the happiness index, the influence factors and the supervision system of the guide＇ s employees, surveyed feedback on the tour guide to measure the factor purification and exploratory factor analysis （EFA）.The study found that ： The management system play important role in the happiness index of tour guide; The overall tourism mar- ket does not provide a safe and status of the tour guide, a large dignified job environment for the tour guide; Public opinion indirectly affects the social number of negative reports make the tour guide facing tremendous pressure to survive.
