广西高职教育“双师型”师资建设的主要问题和改善途径 被引量:3

摘要 培养高职学校"双师型"教师队伍是一项任重而道远的工程。广西属于欠发达地区,由于各方面条件的限制,社会上和职教界对"双师型"教师的认定标准存在偏差,教师实践能力、职称评定引导标准和双师培养硬件建设也有待完善。为了提高广西高职教师"双师"比例和素质,必须吸取国内外经验。在宏观层面,要由政府统筹,完善"政学产合作"的模式,推动校企合作和"双师"培养的规范化、体系化;在中观层面,要善于发挥高职院校的优势和主体性;在微观层面,作为职业教育中坚的青年教师要根据自身特点,结合实际积极参与社会实践。 "Double-qualified teachers" training in higher vocational school is a long way to go.As a result of Guangxi belongs to undeveloped areas, there are many restrictions for the construction of "double-qualified teachers". Now there are differences in the recognition of the society and the duty teaches for"double-qualified teachers",the ways of the teacher' s practices ability, the academic title evaluation guidance standard and its cultivation hardware construction needs to be improved. In order to improve the proportion and quality of higher vocational college teachers of "double-qualified teachers" in Guangxi, we must take positive lessons from domestic and international experience. On the macro level, the government should co-ordinate and improve the mode of "political cooperation" and promote the standardization and systematization of the school enterprise cooperation and "double-qualified teachers"; In the medium level, the advantages and the subjectivity of higher vocational colleges should be made good use of; At the mi- cro level, young teachers as the backbone of the vocational education who should be based on their own characteristics combined with the actual active participation in social practice.
