富氢水预处理对香石竹切花瓶插寿命的影响 被引量:10

摘要 采后衰老是影响香石竹切花瓶插寿命及观赏价值的主要因素。试验以香石竹为试材,研究1%、10%、25%、50%、100%浓度的富氢水预处理对香石竹切花瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明,10%的富氢水可显著延长香石竹的瓶插寿命,减缓瓶插后期切花鲜重的下降和花瓣萎蔫的速度。分析10%的富氢水预处理对香石竹切花盛开率和萎蔫率的影响,发现富氢水预处理在香石竹切花保鲜上的作用可能主要在于延长香石竹的盛开期,从而减缓衰老进程。研究结果对富氢水在切花保鲜上的应用做了有益尝试,具有重要应用价值。 Postharvest senescence is the major factor affecting the vase life and ornamental value of cut carnations.The effects of 1%,10%,25%,50%and 100% hydrogen-rich water(HRW)pretreatment on vase life of carnation cut flowers(Dianthus caryophyllus)were investigated in this experiment.The results showed that 10% HRW pretreatment significantly extended carnations' vase life,slowed down the rate of fresh weight decrease and petal wilt during the later period of vase-holding.By analyzing the effects of 10%HRW pretreatment on the full-blooming or wilting percentage of carnation cut flowers,it was found that the functions of HRW pretreatment on the preservation of carnation cut flowers were mainly to extend the carnations' full-bloom period,and then to postpone its senescence process.These results were profitable attempts for HRW on preservation of cut flowers and have important application value.
