失智症患者的康复景观——赛奇伍德康复花园设计及启示

Dementia's Therapeutic Landscape——Design and Inspiration of the Sedgewood Commons Garden

美国失智症康复景观的理论研究深入,实践经验丰富,处于世界领先水平,其中的赛奇伍德康复花园堪称经典案例。基于建设目标与基本内容的分析,从设计特点、景观途径、设计流程和设计要素等方面阐述了该案例3个子花园的设计方法和要点,其共性特点主要有:安全性、趣味性、活动性和记忆恢复性。针对失智症3个阶段的情感需求:探索、独立及平静,提出了景观对策和设计方法的研究,这些结果对我国失智症康复景观的设计具有启示与借鉴意义。

United States has developed advanced theory research and practice in Dementia＇s therapeutic landscape design,and reached the wold＇s leading level.Sedgewood Commons Garden is a classical practice.This paper analyzed the design features,landscape methods,design process and landscape elements of the three small gardens,the common features are security,entertainment,activity supporting and memory stimulating.This paper brought into conclusions of three emotional targets of three stages of the illness：exploration,dependence and calmness.In China,this paper is the first time,to the best of our knowledge,to analyze landscape solutions and design methods towards different stages of the illness,and it can offer reference and inspiration towards Chinese Dementia＇s therapeutic landscape design.
