摘要
为了研究五倍子对鳙鱼抗病能力的影响,将600尾鳙鱼(Aristichtys nobilis)随机分为4组,分别饲喂含有0.00%(对照)、0.50%、1.00%、2.00%(m/m)醇提五倍子的饵料,于第15、30、45天采集血样,检测各项免疫学指标,并以嗜水气单胞菌为指示菌进行攻毒试验,观察机体抗病能力。结果发现:(1)第15天,各组溶菌酶(LSZ)浓度依次为0.30、0.32、0.32、0.35μg/mL,其中2.0%组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);(2)随着五倍子添加量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力随之升高,第45天,1.00%、2.00%组浓度达到130、138U/mL,与对照组(115U/mL)相比差异显著(P〈0.05);(3)第15天,试验组血浆球蛋白(GLB)含量均高于对照组,第45天1.00%组与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05);(4)经攻毒试验,1.00%组存活率最高,达46.67%,对照组存活率仅为13.33%(P〈0.05)。以上试验结果表明,醇提五倍子可提高鳙鱼非特异性免疫能力,且对嗜水气单胞菌引起的感染具有一定抵抗作用,其在饵料中添加量以0.50%~1.00%为宜。
In order to study the effects of basic diet on non-specific immunity and disease resistance of Aristichtys nobilis.The fish in each group were fed basal diets adding 0.00%(control),0.50%,1.00%,2.00%(m/m)alcohol extraction gallnut,respectively.After 15,30 and 45dblood samples were collected and detected immunological indexes,Aeromonas hydrophila as indicator bacteria finished the toxicity test,and observed the body disease-resistant ability.The results showed that:(1)In each group lysozyme concentration were 0.30,0.32,0.32 and 0.35μg/mL at 15 d,the 2.00% group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0. 05).(2)SOD activity increased with the increased gallnut,1.00% group and2.00% group compared with the control group were significantly different in 45 d,the concentrationsreached to 130 and 138U/mL(P〈0. 05);(3)Plasma globulin content of test group were higher than the control group at 15 d.There was significantly different between 1.00% group and the control group at 45d(P〈0. 05);(4)Through the attack drug test,the survival rate was the highest in 1.00% group,up to46.67%.By contrast,the survival rate in control group were only 13.33%(P〈0. 05).The test results showed that gallnut which was extracted by alcohol could increase the non-specific immunity of Aristichtys nobilis,and had certain resistance to Aeromonas hydrophila,and the suitable amount to added is from0.50%to 1.00%.
