摘要
翻转教学主要是指借助信息平台的力量,将传统的以讲授知识为主的课堂翻转为以探究问题为主的课堂。由于以知识传导为主的教学方式难以对学生领导力提升产生实质的影响,因而借助MOOC平台翻转领导力教学十分必要。笔者结合近年来自身实践,对翻转教学的必要性、做法及相关效果进行了梳理。我们认为MOOC课程的建设无法取代传统课堂教学,相反,对教师课堂教学提出了更高的要求,教师在领导力教学中应当通过问题化的课堂设计、教练式的辅导方式和合作型的课堂组织实现教学资源的最大整合,进而实现最佳的教学效益,并通过成功的教学实践为学生做出领导力示范。
Flipped class refers to one, in which emphasis on teaching knowledge is flipped to emphasis on exploring questions by means of the platform of information. As the teaching mode of giving priority to knowledge-spreading can hardly give essential influence on improving students ' leadership( leading competence),flipping leadership-teaching is necessary by means of MOOC. Based on the author' s practice in recent years,the paper explores necessity,practices and relative results of flipped class teaching. The author holds that the construction of MOOC courses can not replace traditional classroom teaching. On the contrary,if has put forward higher requirements for teachers ' classroom teaching. In the leadership-teaching the teacher should make the maximum reorganization of teaching resources by question-based-class-designing coaching method like a sport coach and cooperative class arrangement so as to realize the best teaching benefits and demonstrate the teachers' leadership-teaching through successful teaching practice.
