力竭离心运动对发育期大鼠骨骼肌MyoD、myogenin表达的影响

摘要 目的:研究不同时间力竭离心运动后发育期大鼠骨骼肌成肌调节因子Myo D、myogenin的表达情况,探讨力竭离心运动对发育期大鼠骨骼肌纤维类型转化的影响机制.方法:健康4周龄雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为安静对照组(NC),3周训练组(T3),6周训练组(T6),每组8只.采用RT-PCR检测Myo D、myogenin的表达.结果:力竭离心运动后,发育期大鼠比目鱼肌与股四头肌中Myo D、myogenin均有表达;运动3W后,比目鱼肌中Myo D表达上调(P﹤0.05),myogenin表达下调(P﹤0.05);运动6周后,与对照组相比,比目鱼肌中Myo D、myogenin的表达有些微变化,但不具统计意义.力竭离心运动不同时间后股四头肌中Myo D表达均明显上调(P﹤0.05)且与运动时间成正比;myogenin表达基本没有变化.结论:力竭离心运动能影响发育期大鼠骨骼肌中Myo D、myogenin的表达,并在不同部位影响不一致,且为非线性变化,可能受生长发育阶段的影响且与运动时间有关.
