摘要
简要介绍了齿轮变位、疲劳强度校核计算以及齿轮修形等方面对提高采煤机用行星机构可靠性的影响,并以MG730WD采煤机截割部行星机构为例,对变位前后太阳轮和行星轮的计算接触应力进行了比较。结果表明,齿轮变位后齿轮计算接触应力减小,且经实践证明变位齿轮经修形后能有效减小工作过程中的冲击振动,提高了齿轮的使用寿命。
The essay simply introduces the affect of gear variable, the calculation of fatigue strength and gear modification to improve the reliable of planetary mechanism of shearer, by the MG730 WD 's cutting part as an example, compared the calculation contact stress of sun gear and planetary gear after variable. The results show that the calculation contact stress reduced after modification, and the prac-tice proved that gear modification can effectively reduce the impact and vibration in working process and its service life.
