摘要
针对现代大型机械设备中采用一般的轴套与轴套座间过盈配合安装困难,几乎不能采用传统的压装或热装手段,黏结装配也具有很大的局限性,因而采用冷缩办法装配最优越。以液态氮作为冷却剂,以-196℃这一固定温度为基础,通过第三、第四强度理论介绍几种典型材料如钢套与铜套的过盈量计算及强度校核方法。
For the modern heavy machinery and equipment used in general between the sleeve and the sleeve seat interference fit difficult, almost can not use conventional press-fit or hot charging means,bonding assembly also has great limitations, so cold assembly method is the most advantageous. Liquid nitrogen as the coolant temperature to-196 ℃ this fixed,based on the amount of interference, such as steel sleeve with copper sleeve calculation and strength check method through the third, fourth strength theory describes several typical materials.
