摘要
为了解决随车起重机回转造成的整机倾翻稳定性能变化的问题,通过分析吊机及底盘结构形式,提出了随车起重机倾翻稳定力学模型,采用多倾翻线同时求解的方法,开发了倾翻稳定系数计算程序。以某12 t随车起重机为研究对象,利用上述倾翻稳定力学模型,求解得到了4种臂长时的随车起重机倾翻稳定系数。系统分析了该随车起重机倾翻稳定系数分布规律,研究认为倾翻安全系数随着幅度的增加而减小,并在回转角度为70°左右时,倾翻稳定系数最小。研究成果可为随车起重机设计及研究提供参考。
In order to solve the problem that stability of lorry-mounted changes following swing, a new tip-over mechanical model of lorry-mounted was established by studying the structure of crane and chassis, furthermore, using the method that multi-tipping-lines are solved together, a stability coefficient calculation program was developed. Finally, the 12 t lorry-mounted was taken as research objection, the stability coefficient in 4 different length was solved by the new tip-over mechanical model of lorry-mounted. Finally, It is considered that the safety factor decreases with the increase of amplitude,and the stability coefficient is the minimum when the rotation angle is 70°. The results can provide reference for the design and research of truck crane.
