摘要
对高压水射流的结构以及冲击结构进行分析,在此基础上构建水射流的破煤力学模型,运用ANSYS/Ls-Dyna有限元分析技术对高压水射流破煤效果进行动力学分析,得出高压水射流在破碎煤体过程中形成槽孔的结论,由于煤层内部压力的变化使槽孔周围煤体发生破裂,出现了大量的裂隙,增加了煤层的透气性,为瓦斯的释放创造了有利条件。
To analyze the structure of high pressure water jet and shock structure. Basising on the structure to construct the water jet breaking coal mechanics model,utilizing ANSYS/Ls-Dyna finite element analysis technique to dynamic analysis of the effect of high pressure water jet coal. It is concluded that high pressure water jet broken coal to form slot in the process. Due to the change of internal pressure of coal seam coal fracture around the slots, emerged a large number of cracks,increased the gas permeability of coal seam, have created favorable conditions for the release of gas.
