摘要
将振荡理论引入振动筛,通过对振荡筛建立运动学方程式,分析了振荡筛筛面物料滑移和抛掷运动特点,并推导了振荡筛的正向和反向滑动相位角,以及其抛掷指数与抛离角的关系。运用ADAMS对振荡筛以及同结构的双轴直线振动筛进行建模和运动学仿真,对比分析发现振荡筛在筛分过程中质心位移小,减小了势能损耗,达到了节能效果。
The kinematics equations of the oscillating sieve were established. And the slip and throwing motion characteristics of the materials on the screen surface were studied. Then forward slide phase angle and inverse slide phase angle and throw index were deduced. The 3D models of oscillating sieve and biaxial linear vibrating screen were built up. The kinematics simulation of the two kinds sieves were developed by ADAMS. The simulation conclusion showed that the centroid displacement of the oscillating screen is smaller. It is proved that the oscillating sieve has energy conservation effect.
