摘要
38Cr Mo Al镗杆在工作中承受着巨大的扭转作用力矩和摩擦力,因此对热处理工艺水平要求较高。对镗杆热处理工艺流程进行了设计。在进行镗杆表面热处理时,经试验证明采取两段渗氮较单段(等温)渗氮镗杆工艺性更好,渗氮层深度、表面硬度均达到设计要求,满足镗杆使用要求。
38Cr Mo Al boring bar in the work of a great deal of torque and friction, so the heat treatment process level requirements. The heat treatment process of boring bar is designed. In the surface heat treatment of boring bar, the test proved that the two stage nitriding is better than that of single section(isothermal), and the depth of the nitriding layer and the surface hardness meet the design requirements.
