摘要 全断面矩形快速掘进机的方向控制,是通过一个鞍架结构来实现方向控制与纠偏的,该鞍架结构可以实现空间六自由度随机任意的方向控制。由于整个设备空间有限,在设计该结构时必须紧凑,最大限度的优化设计。对于关键的核心元部件必须选用高强度材料以及最优设计,安全可靠。重点针对鞍架结构的核心元部件-哈虎十字销轴用ABAQUS软件进行了强度计算与优化设计,根据结果进行了多次设计优化与验算,得出最佳合理设计,并且为机械设计提供一种思路与参考。 The directional control of fast rectangular tunneling machine is achieved by a saddle structure to realize the goal of directional control and correction, the saddle structure can realize spatial random arbitrary direction control of six degrees of freedom. Due to the limited space of the entire device, Therefore, the structure must be compact design, We should consider that the maximum optimzed design, using high strength materials reasonably and optimied design to reach the aim of reasonable, safety and reliable for the critical core components. Focuses on strength calculation and optimized design for the cross pin structure which is the core components of saddle structure using ABAQUS software, We carried out a number of design optimization and checking according to the results to get reasonable design, and provide a train of thought and reference for mechanical design
