摘要
针对液压支架乳化液的污染问题,为满足煤矿自动化生产对乳化液清洁度日益提高的要求,开发了乳化液高压反冲洗过滤站自动控制系统,提出了乳化液反冲洗过滤站控制参数的优化方法。在实验室进行性能测试,实验结果表明,系统工作稳定,运行可靠,压差检测精度达到了0.1 MPa。该系统可有效提高乳化液反冲洗过滤站的自动控制水平,减少乳化液的浪费,为液压支架提供清洁的乳化液动力。
Aiming at solving the pollution problem of hydraulic support emulsion,meeting the increasing cleanliness requirements of the emulsion in the coal mine automatic production, the automatic control system of the high pressure and anti-washing filter for the emulsion is designed and the optimization method of the control parameters of the emulsion anti-washing filter is proposed in this paper. It has been shown by the laboratory test that the system can operate stably and reliably. The accuracy of pressure difference detection can reached 0.1Mpa. It can effectively improve the automatic control level of the automatic back flushing filter, reduce the waste of emulsion and provide cleaning emulsion for hydraulic support.
