摘要
针对国内早期安装的TP1型提升机盘形闸,提出一种无需更换盘形制动器及其液压站系统,在原液压控制系统及其提升机电气控制系统基础上实现对闸瓦监测系统升级改造方案,克服原监测系统性能不稳定、灵敏度低、可靠性差、不能实时监控等缺点,达到矿井自动化控制需求。
For TP1-hoist disc brake early domestic installation, proposes a need to replace the disk brake and hydraulic system, hydraulic control system and in the original hoist electrical control system for the brake shoes on the basis of the monitoring system upgrade plan, monitor system performance against the original instability, low sensitivity, poor reliability, real-time monitoring and other shortcomings can not reach mine automation control needs.
