根据国家标准中对液压支架安全阀的试验要求及目前系统存在的问题,改进了试验系统。介绍了改进后试验系统的构成及原理,并详细介绍了远程调压装置及大流量开发阀的工作原理,实现了压力的远程调节,提高了试验系统的响应速度及通流能力,降低了阻力损失,进一步提高了检验效率及精度。

According to the national standard＇s test requirements of hydraulic support safety valve,and the present problems existed in the test system,the test system was improved. The composition and principle of the improved test system were introduced, as well as to the principles of adjusting press remotely and large flow valve, the remote pressure controlling was realized, the response speed and flux flow ability of the test system was improved, the resistance loss was reduced, and the test efficiency and accuracy are improved.
