摘要
为了提高矿用刮板输送机的使用寿命,提出了基于WC陶瓷材料的刮板输送机修复技术。通过正交试验,确定了含有Ce、Y稀土元素的YG11RC型的特种稀土硬质合金材料的成分配比。采用药芯自保护明弧堆焊工艺,设计修复工艺,完成对刮板输送机中部槽的修复。结果表明,采用耐磨技术修复的中部槽,较未进行耐磨技术处理的正常溜槽相比,使用寿命提高50%以上,而其修复和改造成本只有采购成本的80%。
In order to improve the service life of the mine scraper conveyor the technology of the WC ceramic material is put forward. By orthogonal test, the composition ratio of- type YG11RC- type rare earth cemented carbide materials with Ce and Y rare earth elements was determined. Self shielded arc welding process, design and repair process, the repair of the scraper in the middle of the scraper. The results showed that the using wearable technology to repair the middle trough, compared to those without wear-resistant technique for the treatment of normal chute compared, the service life is increased by more than 50%, and the repair and renovation costs only purchase cost 80%.
