Finite Element Analysis for Frame of Forklift Based on Workbench

利用三维建模软件Pro/E对某叉车车架进行实体建模,并将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,对车架的强度和刚度进行计算,并与实测数据进行对比,验证了计算结果的正确性,为叉车车架的进一步研究提供了参考依据。

We built the entity modeling for the frame of forklift by using the modeling software Pro/E,then the model is imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,calculated the strength and stiffness of frame,and compared with the experimental data to prove the correctness of the calculation,and it provided a reference for the further study of the forklift frame.
