摘要 利用Gear Teq软件创建齿轮零件和装配体的模型,利用Solidworks Simulation软件完成有限元分析工作,可以提高设计效率和计算准确性。介绍了齿轮和齿轮副的建模方法和有限元分析方法,并将齿根拉伸应力计算数据与齿轮国标计算数据进行了比较。 Using Gear Teq software to create models of gear part and assembly and Simulation Solidworks software to complete the finite element analysis, the design efficiency and accuracy can be improve.The method of modeling and finite element analysis for gear and gear pair is introduced,and the calculation data of root tensile stress were compared with the calculation data of gear national standard.
