摘要
通过建立反转六杆机构运动矢量方程,推导出基于矩阵表示的工作装置速度、加速度计算数学模型,利用Matlab编写工作装置运动仿真程序;通过程序仿真分析,得到工作装置的轨迹、速度和加速度等运动学特性曲线,为提高工作装置设计精度和设计效率提供了重要的分析数据,也为工作装置的优化设计奠定了基础。
Velocity and acceleration calculation mathematical models of the working mechanism represented through matrix have been derived by creating motion equations of a vector of the reversing six-bar linkage. Kinematics characteristic curve of path, velocity and acceleration and etc. of the working mechanism have been concluded through simulation analysis using the programs of motion simulation of the working mechanism written by Matlab. They provide important analysis data for design accuracy and efficiency of the working mechanism and also lay a solid foundation for design optimization.
