双黄连蜂胶口服液对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

Effects of Double Coptis Chinensis Propolis Oral Liquid on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality in Broilers

研究旨在探讨肉仔鸡饮水中添加不同水平双黄连蜂胶口服液对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响,以期为双黄连蜂胶口服液的推广应用提供理论依据。将90只1日龄肉鸡随机分成3组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组),Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在饮水中添加0.5 ml/L和1.0 ml/L双黄连蜂胶口服液。结果:Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和Ⅰ组相比,平均日增重分别提高2.33%(P<0.05)和4.43%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低1.05%(P>0.05)和2.63%(P<0.05),屠宰率分别提高0.94%(P>0.05)和1.70%(P<0.05),半净膛率分别提高1.51%(P<0.05)和2.23%(P<0.05),胸肌率分别提高3.77%(P<0.05)和5.51%(P<0.05),腿肌率分别提高1.96%(P>0.05)和4.09%(P<0.05),红度(a*值)分别提高1.24%(P<0.05)和1.86%(P<0.05),黄度(b*值)分别降低0.44%(P>0.05)和1.03%(P<0.05),滴水损失分别降低1.22%(P<0.05)和1.56%(P<0.05),烹煮损失分别降低1.76%(P>0.05)和2.89%(P<0.05)。试验表明:肉仔鸡饮水中添加0.5 ml/L和1.0 ml/L双黄连蜂胶口服液均能改善肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质,临床使用剂量建议为1.0 ml/L。

In order to investigate the effects of different levels of double coptis chinensis propolis oral liquid on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality in broilers, and provide a theoretical basis for the application of double eoptis chinensis propolis oral liquid. 90 one-day-age broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups （group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ ）,group I as the control group, Ⅱ,Ⅲ group were added 0.5 ml/L and 1.0 ml/L double coptis ehinensis propolis oral liquid in drinking water. The results showed that： Compared with group Ⅰ, the average daily weight gain were increased by 2.33% （P〈0.05）and 4.43% （P〈0.05）,feed conversion ratio were decreased by 1.05% （P〈0.05）and 2.63% （P〈0.05） ,slaughter rate were increased by 0.94% （P〈0.05）and 1.70% （P〈0.05）,semi-eviscerated rate were increased by 1.51% （P〈0.05）and 2.23% （P〈0.05）,breast muscle rate were increased by 3.77% （P〈0.05）and 5.51% （P〈0.05）, leg muscle rate were increased by 1.96% （P〈0.05）and 4.09% （P〈0.05）,redness （a＊ value）were increased by 1.24% （P〈0.05） and 1.86% （P〈0.05）,yellowness （b＊ value） were decreased by 0.44% （P〈0.05） and 1.03% （P〈0.05）, drip loss were decreased by 1.22% （P〈0.05）and 1.56% （P〈0.05）, cooking loss were decreased by 1.76% （P〈0.05）and 2.89% （P〈0.05） in group Ⅱand,Ⅲ . In general,the addition level of 0.5ml/L and 1.0ml/L double coptis chinensis propolis oral liquid could improve the growth performance, respectively slaughter performance and meat quality of broilers. Recommended dose of clinical application was added 1.0 ml/L.
