摘要 随着对石油化工装置安全性要求的提高,仅依靠被动的安全泄放系统已经难以满足要求。高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS)作为一种特殊的安全保护技术,具有高可靠性、可用性和稳定性的优势,正逐步替代传统的安全泄压系统。介绍了HIPPS的概念和选用原则,详细阐述了其实施流程和技术要求,为HIPPS的应用提供参考。 With requirement improvement on safety of petrochemical installations,it can't be satisfied only by passive pressure relief system.High integrity pressure protection system(HIPPS)is a special security protection technology with advantages of high reliability,availability and stability.It is gradually replacing traditional pressure relief system.The concept and selection principle for HIPPS are introduced.The implementation process and technical requirements are described in detail,which can be references on HIPPS application.
