Measurement and control of saturated vapor dryness in steam injection boiler is a key index for enhancing crude oil recovery.The improvement of accessibility and accuracy of dryness measurement in steam injection boiler and as well as research on fuzzy control of dryness have become a technology development trend.Various kinds of methods and of principles steam dryness measurement are introduced.Soft measurement of dryness and realization of fuzzy control mode in superheated boiler are emphatically introduced.Combined with practical experience of heavy oil recovery in Xinjiang oilfield,application of soft measurement method and control of saturated vapor dryness in superheated injection boiler has achieved good effects in Xinjiang oilfield.
