摘要 注汽锅炉干度的测量和控制是提高原油采收率的重要控制指标。干度测量方便性和准确性的提高,以及干度的模糊控制研究是技术发展的趋势。介绍了蒸汽干度的各种测量方法和原理,着重介绍了干度的软测量以及过热锅炉的模糊控制方式的实现。结合稠油开采的实际经验,过热注气锅炉干度的软测量和控制在疆油田应用取得了良好效果。 Measurement and control of saturated vapor dryness in steam injection boiler is a key index for enhancing crude oil recovery.The improvement of accessibility and accuracy of dryness measurement in steam injection boiler and as well as research on fuzzy control of dryness have become a technology development trend.Various kinds of methods and of principles steam dryness measurement are introduced.Soft measurement of dryness and realization of fuzzy control mode in superheated boiler are emphatically introduced.Combined with practical experience of heavy oil recovery in Xinjiang oilfield,application of soft measurement method and control of saturated vapor dryness in superheated injection boiler has achieved good effects in Xinjiang oilfield.
