摘要
针对在线热值仪测量滞后的缺陷,提出一种基于SVR的在线热值仪校正算法,通过SVR的非线性回归能力,得出在线热值仪的补偿因子e,并用e补偿在线热值仪的测量滞后。仿真结果显示该校正算法可以有效地克服在线热值仪的测量滞后。同时,与热值软测量方法相比,经该校正算法补偿的在线热值仪具有更高的热值测量精度。
In view of online calorimeter measurement lag,a SVR based correction algorithm is proposed to compensate online calorimeter value lags through SVR nonlinear regression capabilities to obtain compensating factor e and to compensate measurement lag for online calorimeter.The simulation results indicate the correction algorithm can effectively overcome online calorimeter measurement lag.Comparing to soft measurement technique for calorific value,online calorimeter compensated by correction algorithm owns a higher measurement accuracy.
