摘要 为了更好地研究内纯化器的传热传质性能,搭建了内纯化器模拟试验台。对内纯化器模拟试验台进行了简单介绍,着重讨论了内纯化模拟试验台冷箱部分G-M制冷机冷头换热形式对换热的影响,并对其进行了数值模拟。比较了绕管式换热和换热罐两种不同换热形式的换热效果,最后,选择了一种安装方便、换热效果满足要求的换热形式。 In order to study the performance of heat and mass transfer of the internal purifier,a simulating experimental platform of the internal purifier( SEPEIP) was built. The simulating experimental platform of the internal purifier was introduced and the influence of the heat exchange type of cold head in the SEPEIP was investigated by numerical simulation. The heat exchange effectiveness of coil-wound heat exchanger and that of heat exchange pot were compared. Heat exchange pot was selected as the heat exchanger of cold head for its convenient installation and satisfying heat exchange efficient.
