基于互补的动力学方法分析石灰石的热解规律 被引量:1

摘要 选取内蒙古清水河地区的石灰石样品,采用综合热重分析仪,在升温速率3~20 K/min范围内,通过多重速率扫描法分析了石灰石的热分解速率随粒度的变化规律。分别采用Flynn-Wa II-Ozawa和Kissinger法互补,得到了准确的石灰石热分解动力学参数;证明了互补动力学方法的优越性。结果表明,随着石灰石粒度的增大其热分解速率逐渐降低;另一方面,在相同粒度下,活化能随转化率的增加而减小。 Using multiple rate scanning method,the thermal decomposition rate changing with the particle size of limestone variation was analyzed based on simultaneous thermal analysis instrument. The range of heating rate was from3 to 20 K / min. The limestone samples were selected from Qingshuihe region in Inner Mongolia. Using Flynn- Wa II-Ozawa and Kissinger complementary method to calculate the kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition of limestone respectively, accurately limestone pyrolysis kinetic parameters were obtained and proved the superiority of the complementary dynamics method. Results showed that the thermal decomposition rate decreased with the increase of particle size of limestone. On the other hand,for the same grain limestone its activation energy decreased with the increase of the conversion.
